Overnight Oats​

Alternative to your daily yoghurt pots

You'll Need:

  • Half a cup of Royal Oats Jumbo Oats

  • A jar

  • 8 tablespoons of Almond milk

  • Fruit of your choice (strawberries, banana, blueberry)

  • Half a lime

  • 1 tablespoon of syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of Chai seeds (for extra fibre)

  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

  • 1 Nut butter/whole nuts

Method: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

  1. In a bowl add 1/3 cup of fruit of your choice & mash it up

  2. In the same bowl mix the Chai seeds, syrup , vanilla, Royal oats , lime

  3. Pour the cup of almond milk into the mix. And do a final mix so it all comes together

  4. Fill the mix into the jar (remember to leave room for expansion & toppings). Layer the ingredients/toppings as you like.

  5. Let it chill overnight ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀

  • Reduces hunger

  • High in fibre, assists with bowel movement and also enhances insulin
