Healthy Ketchup

Every home has ketchup, but how do we make it healthy? Check out this 3 minute recipe!





You'll need:


1 cup Tomato paste

4 tbs Agave or Maple syrup

2 tbs Apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Oregano


Method:


  1. Mix ALL ingredients together and keep in a jar. The sauce can last for up to 2 weeks!! If you want the mixture thinner, add more apple cider vinegar but ensure that you taste it after each droplet as it may get too bitter!
