Protein Pancakes

Everyone loves a pancake! I know I do! Here we have the most simple recipe for protein pancakes that is also suitable for vegans... No Eggs included

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 2 cups of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • Half a ripe banana

  • 1 tbs vanilla essence

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a processor then BOOM!

If you have something to shape the pancakes with in the pan, that would be super helpful, if not it’s fine, practice makes perfect. I use rapeseed oil spray rather than free hand oil or butter to grease the pan, it’s a better alternative as you’re adding minimal oil to the pan. You can purchase from any supermarket, Iceland sell it for £1.39!

Berry Compote

  • A handful of frozen berries or fresh berries

  • 1 tbs almond milk

  • 1 tbs of manuka honey (you can use maple syrup or agave... I’ve just run out of agave lol)

  • Add the berries to a saucepan on medium heat, add the milk then manuka honey. If the consistency is too thick, add a drop of milk. Keep tasting it as you go along. This will take approximately 4 minutes.
