Oat Crusted Chicken Tenders

Perfect for parties, BBQ's & quick dinners.

You'll need:

  • 150g JUMBO Royal Oats

  • 2 Skinned chicken breasts

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • 1 tsp of pepper

  • 1tbs of mixed herbs

  • 1 crushed garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Himalaya or Sea salt

  • 3 tbs Rapeseed oil or Coconut oil


  1. Use a processor (or NutriBullet) to blend the JUMBO Royal Oats and mixed herbs for 2 seconds, this is where the crunch will come from!

  2. Slice the meat into preferable strip-sizes. Season the meat by massaging in the paprika, pepper, salt and garlic.

  3. Lightly dip the chicken strip in the egg and then coat in the oat mixture.

  4. Heat pan on a medium heat and add oil. Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes gently turning regularly until they're crispy looking!
